In these online classes, you'll learn how to approach your full splits journey in a really safe manner. We'll practice strengthening and opening drills targeting all parts of the hips. You'll also have options to modify with props as well. As always, this series was designed from the heart with the intention to not only explore our physical vessel- but also to dive deeper into our mental & emotional layers, as well.
