Police in Vallejo have arrested a man on suspicion of murder after a woman reported missing over the weekend was found in the attic of a home. On Sunday, officers reported receiving a missing person's report for 28-year-old Renia Lewis. Their investigation led them to a home on 14th Street, where an initial welfare check on the day she was reported missing yielded no results, but a search warrant later led to the discovery of Lewis’ body on Tuesday.
