Super Zaxxon (Sega arcade, 1982)This is Sega’s quick follow-up to the original Zaxxon, keeping the signature isometric perspective but making the ship faster and more challenging. It replaces the open space section with a tunnel run and ends with a big dragon boss you have to shoot in the mouth. The colour scheme is different and the overall difficulty is bumped up compared to the first game.
