Peter Jackson’s new film, #TheyShallNotGrowOld, tells the story of what it was like to be a soldier during the First World War. It combines original footage from IWM’s extensive film archive with BBC and IWM interviews with servicemen who fought in the conflict. The film premieres at the BFI London Film Festival this evening and will be simultaneously screened to cinemas nationwide. We will also be screening the film as part of #IWMFilmFest (free daily screenings from 25-29 October at IWM London
