Creamy Apple and Turnip Soup Serves 4-6 1 tbsp butter 100g streaky bacon, chopped 1 Onion, diced 2 Cloves Garlic, crushed 300g turnip, chopped 1 Potatoes, diced 1 apple, chopped 1 tbsp. fresh sage 1 litre vegetable stock, warmed 150ml cream 50g parmesan, grated plus extra to serve Salt & Pepper In a saucepan, melt the butter, add the bacon, the onion and garlic.
