Texas football quarterback Arch Manning went under the knife this week for a "minor" foot surgery, according to a Friday morning release issued by the athletic department.

Texas Longhorns quarterback Arch Manning will enter the 2026 college football season as one of the favorites to win the Heisman Trophy.

Manning had “minor” surgery on his foot as a “preventative measure,” the school said in a release.
