Elle Simone Scott, the first Black woman to be a regular host of the hit PBS show America's Test Kitchen, has died. She was 49. The Detroit-born chef and food stylist died on January 5 from ovarian cancer. She had first been diagnosed with stage 1 ovarian cancer in 2016.
