Presbyterian Hospital is trying to figure out why backup generators failed to fully restore electricity to the facility after a power surge on Saturday.Power went out at the hospital around 10 a.m.

The utility told customers to expect a planned power outage lasting about an hour during the transition from generators back to grid power.
