The Pakistan Armed Forces conducted overnight raids against two Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan hideouts resulting in the death of 31 insurgents.

ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has said that Pakistan possesses “very large” and “effective” armed forces which have repeatedly proven their strength in conventional warfare, adding that the country would fulfill its responsibilities as part of the Muslim ummah if a united body were formed in the Middle East to counter Israeli aggression.

Speaking to media in Islamabad, Chaudhry said, "Pakistan emerged victorious in Marka-e-Haq. The national unity was exemplary during the Indian atrocity."

India captain Suryakumar Yadav said the cricket team stood with the victims of the terror attack in Pahalgam and dedicated their dominant win over Pakistan to the armed forces.

India conducted Operation Sindoor on May 6–7 in response to the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack. More than 100 militants were reportedly killed in the operation.
