How to Program a "Save As" Button in Excel VBA. Offices and small businesses all over the world create countless numbers of Excel spreadsheets every day.
Luckily, they’re easier to customize than XP’s. Open a File Open or Save As dialog box in any Office application, and navigate to the folder containing the folder you want on the Places bar.
Now click the File tab and click Save as in the backstage view. A Save As dialog box will open. Choose the folder where you want to save the email as a file.
With a regular finder window, in the view menu, you can option-click and the 'Arrange by" changes into "sort by", but that doesn't seem to work in open / save dialog boxes.
Click Save As in the Backstage view. A Save As dialog box will open. You can create a folder or use an existing folder to save the template.
