Armed Forces Bank created a program that partners with businesses to offer employees special mortgage services as a benefit. It helps facilitate access to programs, ranging from FHA to VA loans.

$1.11 million was awarded to the Broome County Land Bank for the Vacant Rental Program. The Land Bank’s Executive Director Jessica Haas said its mission is to fix blighted properties in the area.
