Tripura Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha clarified that the state government has not imposed a ban on the use of the Roman script for the Kokborok language, spoken by tribal communities of the state.
Manik Saha has written to the CBSE and says there is no ban on Roman script and urges for an Indian origin script.
