I've got Outlook XP and a large contacts folder. I want to be able to creat envelopes in Word, but when I click on the address button all that show up are the "personal address book" entries (none).

An activity with no user impact was performed on Friday night to move the Outlook offline address book to another server. An unexpected change which set the default address book to Public Folders ...
